What does the run currently say?
Open Runs, choose the run, and use its displayed state rather than elapsed time alone.
- Check whether the run is queued, running, paused, failed, canceled, or complete.
- Read the row counts and open failed rows or technical details.
- Check Usage if Everyn says row capacity or managed-AI balance is exhausted.
- Check Billing if a payment or billing hold needs attention.
What can I do next?
Use only the actions Everyn offers for the current state.
- Resume a paused run only after restoring the required capacity or balance.
- Retry failed or unresolved work when the run offers a retry action.
- Revise the job and run another sample when the failure comes from instructions or output shape.
- Contact support with the run ID, approximate time, state, and exact error when no supported action resolves it.
