upload_source_expired means Everyn can no longer read the original uploaded source object needed to process or retry dataset intake.

Recovery guidance

Next step:

  1. Locate the original source file or system of record.
  2. Create a new dataset upload.
  3. Continue the workflow from the new upload ID.

Retrying the expired upload will not recover the missing source.
