dataset_intake_state_invalid

Dataset upload processing state is incomplete or inconsistent.

dataset_intake_state_invalid means the upload processing handoff is incomplete or inconsistent, so Everyn cannot safely continue the existing attempt.

Recovery guidance

Retry upload processing when the upload is still retryable. If retry is not available or the source is gone, create a new upload from the original CSV.

csv_parse_failed

Everyn could not parse an uploaded CSV dataset source.

dataset_intake_unavailable

Dataset intake could not complete because the intake worker or storage path was unavailable.
