upload_processing_failed

Upload processing failed with a generic public-safe failure code.

upload_processing_failed is the fallback public code when upload failure metadata is missing or unsafe to expose.

Recovery guidance

Read the upload resource and preserve requestId, upload ID, and safe metadata. Retry only when the upload reports retryable; otherwise create a new upload from the original source.

upload_processing

The upload is already being processed.

upload_source_expired

The uploaded source object is no longer available for processing.
