internal_error

Everyn encountered an internal service error.

internal_error means Everyn could not complete the request because of an unexpected service-side failure.

Recovery guidance

Preserve requestId, endpoint, timestamp, and safe request context. Retry after the service recovers. Do not expose secrets, source rows, generated outputs, stack traces, or object-store pointers in summaries.

idempotency_conflict

An idempotency key was reused for a different request or while another request is still in progress.

invalid_state

The requested operation is not valid for the resource's current state.
