dataset_registration_failed

Normalized dataset artifacts failed validation before registration.

dataset_registration_failed means intake produced normalized dataset artifacts, but the artifacts could not be registered as a valid dataset.

Recovery guidance

Create a new upload from the source CSV. If the same source repeatedly fails at registration, preserve the upload ID and requestId for support.

dataset_intake_unavailable

Dataset intake could not complete because the intake worker or storage path was unavailable.

export_expired

The export is expired and can no longer be downloaded.
