upload_source_unavailable

The stored upload source could not be read during processing.

upload_source_unavailable means Everyn could not read the stored upload source during processing or retry validation.

Recovery guidance

Retry processing later when the upload remains retryable. If the source cannot be restored or the upload expires, create a new upload from the original CSV.

upload_source_size_mismatch

The stored upload source size does not match the upload session.

validation_failed

The request did not satisfy the public API contract.
